As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a REALTOR®, and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My journey in the real estate industry began in 2016 when I obtained my License as a Real Estate Broker. Since then, I have been dedicated to honing my skills and knowledge to better serve my clients' needs.

Together with my husband, Dennis, I co-founded PROPERTY MD REALTY, a local brokerage firm based in Makati.  At PROPERTY MD REALTY, we have assembled a Rockstar Team led by Dennis, who expertly manages our day-to-day operations, administration, documentation, visual presentations, and after-sales activities. This dynamic partnership allows me to focus on what I excel at—marketing our listings and closing deals. To date, we have successfully closed over 200 transactions, predominantly in prime listings within the secondary market, and our track record continues to grow.

In 2018, our team made the strategic decision to expand internationally and became part of Keller Williams Philippines. Since then, our achievements have been nothing short of remarkable. In 2019, I had the privilege of receiving the highest honors within Keller Williams Philippines, being recognized as the Agent with the Most Number of Listings and the Agent with the Most Number of Transactions. This achievement was a testament to the hard work and dedication of Team Property MD.

Our success didn't stop there. In 2020, despite the challenging business landscape created by the Covid-19 pandemic, I was once again honored with the prestigious "Capper of The Year" award, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 2021, I shattered records by becoming the fastest Capper ever across all Market Centers in the Philippines, accomplishing this feat in just 120 days. As a result, I was honored with the prestigious title of "Capper of The Year 2021" for the entire KW Philippines. 

Not only have I excelled domestically, but I have also been chosen as the country's inaugural exclusive partner agent of Keller Williams Beverly Hills, solidifying my presence on the international stage. These achievements are a testament to our team’s unwavering dedication, focus, and relentless drive to exceed expectations.
