I left the Philippines about a year ago and migrated here in North America. I had to sell my condo unit in Eastwood City as I have no use of it anymore. I know a lot of people from the Real Estate world as I used to work for Megaworld and Century Properties. All of them tried to sell it but no one succeded except for one, that's Ms. Mitch. The moment Ms. Mitch and I started to communicate about this, I knew it right away that she'll be the one to sell it. Why? Simply because she knows what she's doing. I never doubted her capabilities.
