Do you allow pets? 

The condo unit is very compact so pets may be allowed on a case-to-case basis. Additionally, we may remove items like curtains and the living room rug to accommodate a small pet. 

How do we signify our interest to rent the unit? 

Thank you for your interest. Interested parties will be asked to fill out a client information sheet as a first indication of interest in renting the unit. 

How are payments for the monthly rent made?

Can we have any of the furniture removed?

The condo unit comes fully furnished with the basics you need so you can conveniently move in at the soonest possible time. None of the furniture may be removed for the duration of the lease contract.
