As Realtors, we should be building our social media posts with the goal of achieving this...our entire marketing plan should have this goal as well.

Here are the three most important things that you need to attract leads, referrals, and raving fans on social media!


➡️ Getting them to KNOW you: Show aspects of your personal life. What makes you, you. Could be your pet, you as a mom, you as a foodie, whatever. You don't have to spill your entire life story, but do provide consistent inclusions of what makes you the person you are.

➡️ Getting them to LIKE you: Do this by continuing to be you. Be the person you authentically are and trust that those who will like you will REALLY like you, and those who don't...oh well. Let's face it, not 100% of people like my personality, and 100% of people won't like yours. And THAT IS FINE! You don't even need to try hard at this...just use the amazing person you are, good and bad, to attract the people who would in real life, like you. Easy.

➡️ Getting them to TRUST you: Be relentlessly helpful. Don't be obsessed with a commission...the money will come. When they ask questions about real estate, answer them. Research the questions most buyers/sellers would have and get in front of the questions by addressing them in your content. Be the voice of real estate in their feed, the community specialist where they are, and the end-all, be-all of the real estate in their digital world. When it comes time for them to buy/sell, YOU will be the only person they trust to do it.
